Two Oval Shaped Ruby Facets

Rubies are the red variety of crystalline aluminum oxide. Unfortunately I do not have provenance with these. However they did come from a long time, reputable jeweler. I canno say for certain whether they are lab grown or not with any degree of certainty. However you can see a wonderful fluorescence from them and they are certainly rubies. These particular facets are oval cut and approximately 4x3mm. Together they weigh 0.5cts and would make a lovely set of earrings, a couple of rings, etc for that special person in your life! NOTE: This is a loose facet.
