Solaris Quartz - Natural

Sometimes called "golden healers", Solaris quartz is a naturally occurring variety of "aura" quartz. This is what aura quartz is mimicking. The quartz has been coated with an iridescent iron oxide coating. While quite common, the iridescence and pleasant color is much more uncommon. This piece is from private property in Garland County, Arkansas.
