Nazlini Petrified Wood

What is Nazlini Wood? Nazlini Petrified wood comes from a Navajo reservation. But it has a very distinct pattern from other wood in the area. It's still the same species, but the conditions of mineralization created different patterns. This is primo-material. That can sell for as much as $1 a gram by less than reputable vendors.

This petrified wood is harvested outside of a flood plain that collected and preserved wood. The petrified wood is an extinct conifer species ( Araucarioxylon arizonicum) and this specimen is roughly 225 million years old! Wow! Petrified wood makes a great conversational piece and statement piece.
