5lb Lots of Arizona Petrified Wood

5lb lots of Arizona petrified wood from outside of Holbrook Arizona. Pieces range from 1 to 5 inches and you'll receive 2 to 15 pieces per lot. Each piece is unique but the wood from this locality is a beautiful mix of reds, yellows, pinks and more. Some pieces have drusy quartz on them. They make great decorators or tumbling media. Some pieces are also good for cutting rough. This material is harvested outside of a flood plain that collected and preserved wood. The petrified wood is an extinct conifer species ( Araucarioxylon arizonicum) and these specimens are roughly 225 million years old! Wow!
