2.5 LB Agate Flame Carving

A Brazilian Agate Flame carving with some very nice banding on it! This thing weight 2lbs and 9 ounces and stands about 7 inches call and 3.5 inches wide. 

Agate is a banded and fibrous variety of chalcedony which is microcrystalline quartz. This specimen is neither heat treated or dyed and thus natural (aside from being carved and polished of course).
